Marketplace Set-up/Dismantle

The Marketplace Trade Show will be open Monday, August 14, 2006 from 2:30pm until 6:00pm. Exhibitor set-up is scheduled from 8:00am until 1:00pm. All booths must be set up by 1:00pm on Monday.

Dismantling of exhibits will be from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Monday evening. No packing of equipment, literature or dismantling of exhibits will be permitted until the official closing time on Monday. Companies that break down before the end of Marketplace, will be subject to a $500 fee.

Name Badges

All meeting attendees, including exhibitors, must have name badges to enter educational sessions, the Marketplace and social functions.

There will be only one entrance into the Marketplace and security guards will be posted to check-in exhibitors and attendees during this time as well as throughout the duration of the trade fair.

There will be a $25 replacement fee for lost name tags.

Service Kits

Service kits will be sent to exhibitors upon receipt of registration. The service kit will contain a service order, freight schedule, forms for furnishings, signs and accessories, labor, electrical information, drayage, and shipping.

Booth Assignments

Sponsors of the Annual Conference are assigned booth space first and all other exhibitors are assigned booth space according to the order in which payment and registration is received.

Exhibitor Booth Space Rental

The standard booth at the NCAMP Marketplace is 8' x 10'. Demonstration areas should be located within the booth to allow sufficient space for spectators. Aisles cannot be obstructed due to any activities within the booth.

Exhibiting companies will be held responsible for any damage done to the property by employees or contracted personnel. No nails, tacks or screws may be driven into the floor, columns, wall or wood board.

Fire and Safety

All local fire and safety regulations will be strictly enforced and the exhibitor assumes all responsibility for compliance with such regulations. All decorations must be flameproof and electrical wiring must meet the safety requirements of building and city codes.

All Exhibitor cancellations must be received in writing by July 28th to receive a refund, less $150 administrative fee.

NO refunds for Exhibitor cancellations after July 28th.
